This place was really clean and cozy, and the staff here were top-notch, super friendly and helpful. The location is spot on, close to everything you need. 🌟 Plus, they offer a complimentary breakfast with sausage, pancakes, and donuts - yum!

The front desk took off the room charge for the first night voluntarily (expected). The bellman was exceptionally courteous with great people skills.

The twin double beds were like something out of the 1950's; the mattress squeaked (e.g. coil springs), had a high spot in the middle and gave my wife & I a backache from laying on them. She didn't sleep at all from the lousy bed to the roar of I-95 all night. The front desk said that they had just replaced all bedding. Not in this room, they were taken if they paid for it. The bathroom plumbing was stopped up which was mortifying, including a tub that drained very slowly. I didn't know the Hyatt sold rooms like this one. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Super clean and cozy rooms with an extra sofa bed - perfect for napping or for that unexpected guest 🛋️. The service here is top-notch, they really go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Breakfast

There were stains on the rug and the comforter though clean was very heavy and suffocating.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The bed was soft and luxurious, the service was top notch, and the hot breakfast was the perfect start to our day.

We stayed in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy bar area. 🥐

the elevators broke while we were on it and they only have one set of elevators. I have rheumatoid arthritis and had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Staff were very responsive to any requests and FRIENDLY!
